The SADC Business Council (SADC BC) in partnership with key organisations will be hosting a virtual SADC Tax Regulatory Partnership Platform meeting on Wednesday, 1 September 2021.

Themed ‘The Case for a Tax and Regulatory Partnership for Development Initiative between Business and Government in the Southern African Development Community’, the event will attarct delegates with an interest in SADC inter-regional trade.

The meeting will discuss the common tax regulatory issues across different economic sectors in the region, identify the main tax regulatory bottlenecks in the region faced by private sector, identify main issues to be prioritised, and explore ways to operationalise the SADC Tax Regulatory Partnership platform.
